Modern Aged Care Facility situated in Perth’s north-west, accommodating 80 bedrooms that are specifically designed for high care and dementia-affected residents.
The luxuriously appointed rooms feature their own private ensuites, while communal facilities include a hair salon, cinema, gymnasium, games room, on-site medical treatment rooms, a café, and modern communal living and dining rooms supported by a high-tech kitchen and laundry. The external façade of the building also reflects the quality of the design within a mixture of stonework, Camilla for austral face brick, timber wall cladding and trim deck metal roofing.
