The ‘Space’ is the main design attributes for this two street front custom design house for very hard working family from Middle East. The client requested that the home which has access to two street frontage to be unique in appearance with curved balcony which is facing to the bush land.
This house has been designed to incorporate future energy efficiency expansion and the inclusion of a grey water recycling system.
This homes features Ground floor with two bed rooms with two attached bath rooms, theatre room, living + family, dining and swimming pool with gazebo. A First Floor with four bed rooms with three bath rooms, study, TV room and living room, master bedroom, study rooms and the balcony to the upper floor with extensive views to the bush land.
